These framework conditions are intended to govern the terms of use of the domain through which the company I.M.C. GmbH c/o CarRoulette conducts the sale of cryptographic tokens, which may include one or more private sale components and one or more public sale components, as described in more detail in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS section of this website.
The cryptographic tokens that are generated and sold are based on the ERC20 token standard defined by Binance and will be called “CarRouletti.” These tokens are referred to here as “CAROU.”

1.3. Intellectual and Industrial Property

I.M.C. GmbH c/o CarRoulette, except for communication from the affected party, is not responsible for how users make use of https://car-roulette.com. In particular, I.M.C.
